PDFgetX3/N3/S3, Free Academic

This license is for people working on open academic research at, or for, an academic institution or similar non-profit. Any commercial use requires purchase of commercial license. PDFgetX3, PDFgetN3 and PDFgetS3 are command-line programs for extracting atomic pair distribution function (PDF) from X-ray, neutron or small-angle scattering powder diffraction data respectively. The software package also includes Python library diffpy.pdfgetx which provides the underlying functions.
