All-in-one natural face cream for treating aging skin in peri- and post-menopausal women
This technology is an all-in-one face cream comprised of natural ingredients to reverse skin aging effects in peri- and post-menopausal women.
Unmet Need: All-natural, complete treatment for reducing skin dryness, wrinkles, and dark spots
Women transitioning through menopause experience vast bodily changes, including accelerated skin aging, manifesting in the increase of dry skin, dark spots, and wrinkles. Current products on the market for reversing these problems contain harsh ingredients for tightening, moisturizing, and lightening skin. This includes cortisone, which may cause skin irritation, rashes, burning, or redness. In addition, generally multiple of these products must be used in combination to achieve the desired effects. There is a need for an all-in-one treatment for reducing wrinkles, dryness, and dark spots that uses natural ingredients to eliminate irritants and other harmful side effects.
The Technology: All-in-one botanical and hydrogel face cream for reducing skin aging effects
This skin treatment broadly acts to reduce wrinkles, dryness, and dark spots and is comprised of natural botanical ingredients with anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant, and moisturizing properties. The components are combined with hydrogels to act as a skin barrier against dehydration, irritants, and harmful UV radiation, without compromising the penetration of the other ingredients. Regular use of this cream for 2-3 months was demonstrated to reduce dark spots and improve smoothness and tightness in a small number of subjects. This all-in-one, cortisone-free product can be used to improve skin health in peri- and post-menopausal women experiencing accelerated skin aging.
