PDFgetX3, PDFgetN3 and PDFgetS3 are command-line programs for extracting atomic pair distribution function (PDF) from X-ray, neutron or small-angle scattering powder diffraction data respectively. The software package also includes Python library diffpy.pdfgetx which provides the underlying functions.
